How to create your own dictionaries offline

In this article, I would suggest to create a software application a dictionary in offline mode. Using this software, you can create multiple dictionaries. You can create separate dictionary of French verbs, adjectives name of medical terms, biological conditions and financial conditions, etc. This is a free software. Instructions

You need: software - things dictionary version 1.0.0.1

Double-click the shortcut to open the "dictionary".

Create a dictionary to say, "English verb":
