   Go to SocialOomph.com and click on "Register".

Fill out the form with a username (which does not have to be your Twitter username), password, your e-Mail address and other personal information, and then click "Create the free account".

Login to your account and click on "change my Twitter account."

Enter your user ID Twitter and Twitter password in the appropriate fields.

Click the check box next to "welcome auto", then choose the method (Tweet public or private message) from the drop-down list.

Type the message you want a response automatically in the box the and then click "Save".
