How to stop MySpace adds chat rooms

   Go to MySpace.com and log in to your account.

Click on "Edit profile" in the left column.

Above on the screen that appears, click on "Settings".

Click on "Spam" at the top of the screen and read all the options under "Settings for communication."

To reduce or eliminate adds chatting from MySpace, check the box that says "requires a name or e-Mail address." This will set your profile, so that people have in your name or enter your e-Mail address before you can send an add-in application.
