Go to a search engine like Yahoo! or Google and type the keywords such as "Government", the name of your State, County, or city and the type of form or the information you need ("Controlling", "application of driver's license," etc.).

Examine the results of research, URL in ".gov" - this is the official extension for Government Web sites.
