How: create your own free proxy

If you have never experienced an Internet filter, you have wished that you open a free proxy and bypass the filter to display the content you want to access.

If you cannot access any existing free proxies you can configure your own proxy and some open source scripts, some Web hosting and a bit of work. While you do not have to do a computer genius, you need to know the basics of computers and Web hosting. Difficulty: average

You need: Web hosting, PHP things files supported

    Download the script PHProxy on SourceForge.

This script is open and free to use and resources for this article links section. Save the ZIP file to your computer and extract the two files PHP ZIP-file and save it on your local computer.

    Open your FTP client or download and install an FTP program on your computer.
