How: create a fan profile

Facebook has "Fan page" for companies, organizations, artists and musicians.

This type of profile raises the limit of 5,000 standard Facebook friend. Allows you connect it to as many users as you like. Friendster has a similar feature called a "fan profile". This type of account for your group is an excellent way to promote yourself. You can create a fan profile no fresh social networking website. Level of difficulty: Moderately easy

Create a Facebook fan profile

Visit Facebook (see resources) and click on "Create a page for celebrity, band or business."

Select your category fan profile.

Select "Local Business", "brand, product or organization" or "artist, band or public figure." Select the category below (example: musician, artist).

Create your fan profile name.

Make sure that it is relevant to your organization or group. "Select the check box next to"I am the official..."." and click "Create page".

Sign up for Facebook that want to use to manage the fan profile account.

If you do, or if you want to set up a separate, click on "I a Facebook profile does not have" and give your e-Mail address and a password. Now click on "Register" called.
