How to use Twitter to do market research

He loves and he hates, Twitter has become one of the largest social networking sites.

Unlike other sites like Facebook and MySpace, Twitter has some useful features that make it particularly useful for studies of the market on almost any topic under the Sun. Because Twitter pages for each are visible, even those without accounts, and the site has a search function that pulls the latest posts dealing with a topic or an expression. Difficulty: easy

    Go to Twitter.com and make to an account if you haven't already.

Otherwise, log into your account.

  • Themes trends are those who have recently seen a significant increase in the contributions. This can be helpful to get an idea of what is list currently doing a lot of buzz.

    Use the "Search" box to give discover words or phrases that speaks to your subject, and what you say.
